Badges and Registration

EXHIBITOR ONLINE BADGE REGISTRATION - All exhibitors working the booth must register for badges. Simply click on the REGISTRATION tab in the tool bar above. You will need your PPAI  number or UPIC to register.

Once registered, you will receive your registration confirmation via email. Print your confirmation and bring it with you onsite. The confirmation contains a bar code that will be scanned at an on-site kiosk and your badge will be printed. Badges will not be mailed.

Badges for exhibit staff are not transferable. No other identification will be considered valid if worn without the official exhibitor badge.  Please note: badges do not grant you admission to paid educational sessions. Tickets must be purchased in advance or on-site for additional functions.

Registration will be available onsite beginning Sunday, January 14, 2018.

Work Passes: Who will need one?
Those employees working only during setup and move out will be required to wear an exhibitor appointed contractor (EAC) EXHIBTOR WORK wristband.  These identification bands will be easily obtained at the show entrances and in registration during the hours of setup.

Q: Is my badge from last year still valid for this year?
No. For security measures and to verify attendance new badges need to be obtained every year.

Q: Do the personnel working in my booth need to have PPAI badges?
Yes, Everyone working in your booth must have a PPAI exhibitor badge on at all times while
they are on the show floor.

Q: What is the charge for a Lead Retrieval Unit?
 Each company will need to order lead retrieval (SWAP or unit), if they wish to use one. PPAI member exhibitors receive a complimentary SWAP license and two activations if ordered by the deadline date of December 1, 2017. The Lead Retrieval order form can be found under ADDITIONAL SERVICES.
