Show Sponsorships
Showcase your company and your products in the highest traffic area of the whole show; the main lobby. Sponsor will receive a dedicated area to set up a small booth or a pop-up display.
To qualify for this sponsorship, the exhibitor must reserve booth space in the exhibit hall for The PPAI Expo 2024. The reserved square footage must not be less than the space they exhibited in for The PPAI Expo 2023. The sponsor is provided:
- 10’ wide x 8’ deep exhibit space in the Level 1 lobby as assigned by PPAI
- 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape
- 6’ draped table
- Identification sign (if requested)
- Existing Mandalay Bay lobby carpeting. No additional floor covering will be permitted.

Escalator Sponsorship $6,500 each 
Nearly half of all distributor attendees take the escalators to the second floor of the convention center. Place your message in front of these attendees as they travel between floors to PPAI education sessions, meeting rooms and events.

To qualify as a new product, the submitted entry must have been introduced to the marketplace after The PPAI Expo 2023 (January 9-12, 2023). The product must also be displayed in the exhibitor’s PPAI Expo 2024 booth.
Participants in the PPAI Green Products Pavilion are required to align their product claims with guidance produced by Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC Green Guides are intended to help businesses better harmonize their product claims with consumer expectations and avoid making misleading environmental claims. The FTC’s Green Guides can be found here. PPAI reserves the right to remove any product that does not meet these guidelines.
