Package Mail (Self Service)

Don’t let bags full of samples prevent you from interacting with suppliers. With Package Mail you can easily drop off samples and catalogs collected on the trade show floor in your designated box that can easily be shipped back home. Box Size: 18" x 12" x 12"

Valet Mail (Full Service)

PPAI makes it easy for you to ship your samples back to your home or office. While on the trade show floor you will receive three valet bags for your samples and catalogs.  Fill your bags and drop them off at any of the 10 locations located throughout both show floors. We’ll handle the rest.

Please Note: Packages must be shipped out from the show by the attendee. Packages left onsite after 4:00 pm on Thursday, January 18, 2018 will be shipped to the PPAI Home Office and then mailed to the attendee at the attendee’s expense.

Scooter rentals are available for those who need mobility assistance. Please contact The PPAI Expo official scooter rental company, Desert Medical Equipment at 866.711.9171 to pre-order your scooter today. Scooter rental will also be available on site located in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center level one lobby.

Rental rate is $58.00 daily.
Pre reservation deadline date is Thursday, January 11,
 
2019. On-site rental will also be available. A 24-hour cancellation policy will be in effect for all reservations. 

In need of a short break from the trade show floor?  Don’t worry! Visit the Massage Station located on level one of The PPAI Expo for a relaxing massage. Prices listed onsite.
