Catherine Graham is the president of RIGHTSLEEVE, a promotional products agency, and CEO of commonsku, a cloud-based business management platform powering the promotional products industry. RIGHTSLEEVE received the Dell Small Business Excellence Award in 2009 for its technological innovations, the foundation of which became commonsku in 2011. Prior to her involvement in these businesses, Grahm spent several years in financial planning for fast-track professionals and entrepreneurs at TD Bank, then went on to pursue her master’s in business administration at the Rotman School of Management. Durign this time, she also joined the fledgling eBay Canada as employee No. 4 and launched two categories in the Canadian marketplace, later working as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney, where she served Fortune 100 companies in areas including merger integration, marketing strategy and operational efficiencies.

VP of Supplier Partnerships
David is the vice president of supplier partnerships for commonsku. With more than 17 years of industry experience, he enjoys collaborating with his supplier, distributor and business service provider peers to address technical challenges affecting the industry with a focus on workflow connectivity. Prior to joining commonsku, Shultz served as the vice president of operations for industry service provider, DistributorCentral. He currently sits on the board of directors for the Promotional Products Association Midwest (PPAM), serves as a member of PPAI’s professional development committee and is an incoming member of PPAI's Regional Association Council board of directors. Outside the industry David volunteers his time and technical talents to a variety of organizations including the Big Slick Celebrity Weekend, an event that has raised more than $8 million for Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.
