Round Table Discussion: Company Culture & How To Improve
Despite distinct company locations and size, the richness of company culture is a thread that runs through each of the winners recognized in PPB’s “Best Companies To Work For” list. During this roundtable discussion, participants will share examples of creating a culture founded on strong work ethics, company pride, employee value and teamwork, along with instilling fun in the workplace and celebrating successes.

Andrea Kramer is the president of City Apparel, a woman-owned provider of promotional products and apparel, fulfillment programs and ecommerce solutions, and the founder of Go Grow Strategies, a full-service, digital marketing agency. She served as the Dana Scholar Program Chair at the University of Findlay, which provides business students with opportunities to connect their educational experience to real-world business opportunities, from 2016 to 2017. She currently serves as a board member of WorkForce Transformation for the Office of Ohio Governor John R. Kasich and the Braden Kramer Foundation, and currently as mercantile chair of the United Way of Hancock County. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Ohio Northern University and a master’s in business administration from the University of Findlay.
