Diversity and Inclusion Manager
Julie Kwan is the manager of diversity and learning engagement at PPAI and oversees the Women's Leadership Conference. She comes to us from Hitachi Consulting where she worked in learning and development for 10 years. Kwan has extensive experience as an instructional designer, training facilitator and webinar producer. She is a certified facilitator in Fierce Conversations, and sheearned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University and her master’s in instructional and performance technology from Boise State University. Through her academic work, Kwan published a case study in the textbook Cases on Human Performance Improvement Technologies, as well as two articles for ISPI's online publication PerformanceXpress.
