Charles Duggan Goldstar View speaker details

Charles G. Duggan II, MAS+, is responsible for national and strategic accounts Goldstar. For more than 26 years, Duggan has been active in the promotional products industry, from speaking, training and consulting distributors and suppliers specializing in creating, developing and driving tactical sales in accounts. Duggan is an active industry volunteer, currently serving as Rac Delegate for PPAMidwest. He is the past president of PPAMidwest and a former member of PPAI’s Board of Directors, having also served on many committees and taskforces for PPAI. In 2014, Dugganwas recognized with PPAI’s Bronze Pyramid for Promotional Programs Developed as a result of a distributor/supplier collaboration. He also received PPAI’s Distinguished Service Award in 2018.
D. Alan Christopher DAC Marketing View speaker details
Alan Christopher, PhD, MAS, is the president of Chicago, Illinois-based DAC Marketing, a marketing firm primarily engaged as a manufacturer’s representative in the promotional products industry in the Southwest. He is a speaker and trainer, and shares his insights during business seminars and small-business consulting and sales training sessions for clients. Christopher has received many accolades, which include being named PPAI Speaker of the Year, South Central Region, for six years, and receiving PPAI’s Veteran Facilitator Award in 1996. PPAI also bestowed Christopher with its Distinguish Service Award in 2002, and in 2012, he was named the PPB Rep of the Year. Christopher was recognized in the inaugural PPAI Fellowship program in 2014. Christopher’s holds two bachelor’s degrees from Rice University in Houston, Texas, a master’s in marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and his doctorate in business from Northcentral University. Christopher and his family reside in Austin, Texas.
Jo-an Lantz Geiger View speaker details
President & CEO
Jo-an Lantz, MAS is President and CEO of Geiger and a member of the Board of Directors. She represents Geiger as the sole US member of the international group WAGE (World Advertising Gift Exchange) and is their past President. WAGE is a 50+ year organization with 26 members from 25 different countries. She has served on a variety of different industry groups and associations including former Chair of the Board of Directors of PPAI. Jo-an was inducted in the PPAI Hall of Fame in 2009. She is a former ASI International Person of the Year (2004), and a member of ASI Power 50, and the 2014 PPB Woman of Distinction. Jo-an is an avid Fund Raiser serving on the PPEF Board twice, once as Chair. She also works with a number of non profits in training fund raisers in endurance events.
Kate Plummer Clearmount Plastics Limited View speaker details
While it was never Kate's intention to go into the family business, she believes it has been a fabulous source of joy and frustration since she began. Kate still calls it my “temporary 12+ year job” but she really can’t see herself in any other role. Kate has moved from the temporary office manager of Clearmount to running sales and marketing. This job allows Kate to interact with interesting clients, design beautiful pieces and work together to build new awards and recognition programs.

Drew Davis, MAS, is president of Denver, Colorado-based distributor Specialty Incentives, Inc. Having been with the company for 20 years, Davis has served in many capacities and developed extensive experience in sales, business management and strategic planning. He formerly served as president of the Rocky Mountain Region Promotional Products Association and on the board of the Promotional Products Education Foundation.
Daryll Griffin Accolades, Inc. View speaker details
Griffin, who was introduced by PPAI Board member and friend Amy Rabideau, MAS, is a longtime industry professional and dedicated volunteer who is also well known in her community for her many years of service. In January, she was honored with PPAI’s H. Ted Olson Humanitarian Award in recognition of her volunteerism. Since she founded Accolades, Inc. in 1990, Griffin has been an active member of PPAI and the Georgia Association of Promotional Products Professionals (GAPPP), and has served on numerous PPAI committees, task forces and advisory groups, including the Certification, Leadership and Membership Services committees. She is an industry advocate and speaker, and in 2016 she was recognized as a PPAI Fellow.
