What goes behind a promotional product project, aside from the product itself? Promotional products are used to receive a return on investment, adding value to traditional advertising campaigns and encouraging the recipient to take action. Equally important are the partnerships that contribute to the product received by the end user, with heightened emphasis on being a partner, not a vendor.
