Laura loves people and has a driving desire to understand their behavior. This applies to her teenagers as well as to customers. She’s got no solution to the teenage problem (unfortunately), but throughout her career, she’s been working to understand customer behaviour. Advancing through progressively more senior roles in Sales, Marketing and Operations within Kimberly-Clark, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, Ash City and now alphabroder, she has researched and interacted with consumers and customers at many points along their purchase journeys. She’s now thrilled to be leveraging all her experience to date in leading alphabroder’s CX initiatives.
