Breakout Session: Customer Experience – What Does It Mean In The Promotional Products Industry

Laura loves people and has a driving desire to understand their behavior. This applies to her teenagers as well as to customers. She’s got no solution to the teenage problem (unfortunately), but throughout her career, she’s been working to understand customer behaviour. Advancing through progressively more senior roles in Sales, Marketing and Operations within Kimberly-Clark, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, Ash City and now alphabroder, she has researched and interacted with consumers and customers at many points along their purchase journeys. She’s now thrilled to be leveraging all her experience to date in leading alphabroder’s CX initiatives.

Amy McCray joined Eskimo Joe’s Promotional Products Group in May 2012 as the Director of Client Services. Since that time she has been promoted to the Director of Internal Branding consultants and Director of Branding Operations. In May 2019 Amy was named the Vice President of EJPPG. Prior to working for EJPPG, Amy served as the General Manager at Joseppi’s Italian Kitchen (one of our sister organizations) for more than 7 years. Amy grew up in Okmulgee, OK and moved to Stillwater, OK to attend Oklahoma State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Management with a minor in Marketing. Amy has stayed active in the Stillwater community by participating in Leadership Stillwater as both a class member and a facilitator, she was the networking chair for Young Professionals of Stillwater and a class member of the 2nd class of Payne County Connections. She served on the board for The Saville Center for Child Advocacy and founded a college women’s mentorship program. She is a constant figure being seen volunteering at her local church and serving on the board of Stillwater Cares. Amy married Nathan in December of 2019. She is the mother of two daughters, Mya, 23 years old, and Ari, 18 years old, and a bonus son, Martigan, 12 years old.
