Greg Muzzillo founded distributor Proforma in 1978, just one year after graduating from college. He quickly built his distributorship to over $20 million in annual sales and was recognized for three consecutive years as one of the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies. He started the company’s franchising operations in 1986. Currently Proforma has over 600 Affiliate Franchise offices worldwide with over $500 million in sales. Today, Muzzillo enjoys spending significant time and resources supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs. He serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Florida Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center where he and his wife, Vera Muzzillo, co-sponsor the $50,000 Big Idea Gator Business Plan Competition. Additionally, he has served on the Board of Directors for the International Franchise Association and on the Board of Trustees at the University of Tampa. He currently hosts a weekly blog show, Million Dollar Monday, to provide inspiration and advice to aspiring entrepreneurs.
