Sean Murphy has operated as a risk management entrepreneur and innovator for more than 20 years. As Managing Director of BDO’s Crisis Management and Business Continuity practice, Sean is responsible for the practice’s growth, innovation, and success. Sean counsels executives and boards on how to build risk programs that protect their people, products, and profits that shape truly great organizations. Sean’s mission is to continually innovate risk management through science, learning, and technology. His thought leadership includes over 100 articles/posts, 20 trademarks and copyrights, and numerous professional interviews. He holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the University of Minnesota

Megan Mandeville is the national marketing lead for BDO’s Legal, Compliance & Risk focus and Forensic Investigation & Litigation Services practice. She is a member of WWCDA's Marketing & Communications Strategy Team and Speakers Initiative Team. With 30+ years of professional services marketing experience for global, national, and regional law firms, she founded a marketing and public relations agency for national and regional firms before serving as Chief Marketing officer of two regional firms and holding senior marketing leadership roles with global firms/WWCDA member firms Sidley, Foley, and Covington.
Brian Collins BDO View speaker details
Brian Collins has more than 20 years of commercial and governmental risk experience. As a former combat-decorated infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, his passion is working with executives in times of change, challenge, and crisis, as well as helping leaders capitalize on emerging trends. Prior to Brian’s arrival, he led the crisis management practice for a boutique New York City-based consulting and technology firm acquired by BDO in 2019. In the private sector, Brian has extensive experience working with partners in the energy, financials, health, industrials, and nonprofit industries. In the public sector, he has worked widely with leadership within intergovernmental organizations (IGOs), as well as the highest level of US government with General/Flag Officers, Assistant Cabinet Secretaries, and Ambassadors. Brian has a Bachelor of Art in history from the Virginia Military Institute, a master’s in security studies from Georgetown University and is a graduate of the Senior Executive Fellows Program at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
